Standard Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days prior to arrival: 95% of total booking charges refunded.
- 31 to 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of total booking charges refunded.
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund will be issued.

📋 Booking & Requirements
Rental Agreement: An electronic rental agreement must be signed within one week of booking.
ID Required: A valid government-issued ID must be provided within one week of booking.
Security Deposit: A $300 security deposit is required and will be processed on the guest's credit card.
👥 Occupancy & Vehicles
Maximum Capacity: The maximum occupancy is 10 guests (inclusive of infants). All guests, regardless of age, must be formally included in the reservation.
No Parties: Parties, events, or unapproved visitors are strictly prohibited.
Vehicle Restrictions: Standard residential parking only. Buses, boats, trailers, campers, cargo containers, or personal watercraft are not permitted on the property. Please follow all parking instructions.
🏡 Property Care & Safety
Zero Tolerance: No smoking, pets, or drugs are allowed on the property at any time.
Respect the Home: Please treat our home with care. No jumping or playing on the furniture.
Energy & Security: Lock all doors and conserve energy before leaving the property.
Damages: Any damages or suspicious activity must be reported to the host immediately. Guests are financially responsible for any property damages or fines incurred from the City of Anaheim during their stay.
🤫 Neighborhood Respect
Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Outdoor activities are prohibited during this time to respect our neighbors.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the home, including all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry areas, and designated outdoor amenities.
Parking
- Guests may park up to three cars in the driveway.
- Please avoid blocking sidewalks or encroaching on street parking.
- RVs, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
Entry
- Self check-in is available via smart lock for convenient arrival.
- Check-in instructions and access codes will be provided after completion of the rental agreement.

- Please respect neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 9:00 AM).

Optional Service: Pool and hot tub heating is available upon request for an additional $55 per night + tax.
Billing: If you choose to add this amenity, it will be sent to you as a separate, easy-to-pay invoice.
🏡 Routine Property Maintenance
To ensure the home and backyard oasis remain in pristine condition for your stay, we have weekly scheduled vendor services (including pool cleaning, landscaping, and city trash pick-up).
Seamless Service: Our crews work efficiently and strictly on the exterior of the property, so you do not need to be present or do a thing!
Schedule: You will find the exact service days for your specific dates in the digital Welcome Book provided before your arrival.
