What time is check in? Can I check in early/check out late?
The standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and check-out time is 10:00am. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us a few days before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on factors such as pre-scheduled cleaning and onsite maintenance. Please note that additional fees may apply for early check-in or late check-out.
What amenities are included in the home?
Our vacation homes include a range of amenities for your convenience, including linens, strollers, a high chair, a pack n play, puddle jumpers, cookware, glassware, dining utensils, a coffee pot with filters, pool towels, bath towels, and a starter set of toiletries.
When will I receive the address and check-in details?
Before your arrival, you will receive a comprehensive welcome book that includes all the necessary information about the vacation homes and the surrounding area. Additionally, one day prior to your check-in date, you will receive an arrival letter containing a personalized door code for convenient self-check-in. This letter will also include the exact address of the vacation homes. Kindly keep an eye out for these communications to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in experience.
Does the vacation homes offer complimentary wifi?
Absolutely! We are pleased to provide free wifi for our guests. You will find the wifi details conveniently included in the arrival letter, which will be sent to you prior to your scheduled arrival.
What is the 15% tax fee?
According to the 2014 law enforced by the City of Anaheim, all Short Term Home are required to levy a transient occupancy tax of 15% for any nights reserved after July 1st, 2015. This tax is applicable to all charges collected and covers the obligations outlined by the city.
Why do you charge 5% for cancellation?
