What we collect

• Browsing this website: we don't ask for anything, and we set no cookies of our own. The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser, and nothing about it is sent to us.
• Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views, referring sites, browser type and country without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Booking or sending an inquiry: the booking, calendar and inquiry tools on this site are run by OwnerRez, our reservation system. They collect your name, contact details, trip dates, party size and payment details to quote, book and manage your stay.
• Before your stay: the City of Anaheim requires every short-term rental to have a signed rental agreement with the main guest, including the identification details the city specifies. We collect these through OwnerRez's guest portal.
• Contacting us: if you email, call, text or message us on Instagram, we receive what you send.

How we use it

• To answer questions, take bookings, send booking messages, arrival information and reminders, and look after you during your stay.
• To meet our legal duties, including the City of Anaheim's short-term rental rules and tax records.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
• If you book directly with us and agree to hear from us, we may occasionally email you about a future stay. Every such email lets you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

• OwnerRez, which hosts our reservations, messages and guest portal, and its payment processor for card payments.
• Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website.
• Our housekeeping and maintenance team, only what they need to prepare the home (for example, arrival and departure times).
• Government authorities when the law requires it, such as the City of Anaheim.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Other sites and services

• The map on each listing page is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address to show it.
• Some links, such as our ticket and baby-gear rental links, go to partner sites that may pay us a commission. Those sites, and Airbnb, Vrbo and Instagram, have their own privacy policies and may use cookies once you visit them.
• If you book through Airbnb or Vrbo, that platform's privacy policy covers the details you give it.

Tracking and "Do Not Track"

• We don't track you across other websites, and we don't allow third parties to do so through our site. Because of that, we treat all visitors the same whether or not their browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

How long we keep it

• We keep booking records, rental agreements and messages as long as we need them for your stay and for our legal, tax and city record-keeping duties, then delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We'll reply within 30 days. Some records, such as completed rental agreements and tax records, may need to be kept for legal reasons; we'll tell you if so.
• This site is meant for adults planning a trip. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

• If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date above.
